Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the counseling fixed for the petitioner, on 21.07.2009, had already taken place and the petitioner has been allotted a seat in one of the Government Engineering Colleges. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to concerned authorities, with regard to waiver of the fees to be paid by the petitioner to the concerned college. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that it is open to the petitioner to make a representation, with regard to waiver of fees, to the concerned authorities. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected M.P. is also closed.
