Judgment : The petitioner in the Writ Petition has filed this Contempt Case alleging that in spite of the direction to the Government to dispose of the application for grant of no-objection certificate within a time frame, the order was not complied with. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Government have disposed of the matter as per the order dated 12.2008. A copy of the order was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that the judgment has been complied with subsequently, though belatedly, I do not think it is necessary to proceed with the Contempt of Court Case. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
