JUDGMENT Surinder Singh, J. (Oral):-The petitioner is co-accused in FIR No. 98/2009 registered in Police Station Manali on 25.3.2009 under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, is apprehending his arrest as such moved this application for seeking pre-arrest bail. 2. Heard and considered. 3. Precisely, the allegations against him are that he had transferred the shares of his deceased son Amarbir Singh in the name of his daughter Simarbir Kaur without the consent of his LRs., in connivance with Jashanjit Kaur. 4. Pursuant to the last order, the petitioner joined the investigation and handed over some of the record to the investigating Officer. Further he is stated to have handed over other documents to the Registrar of Companies at Jalandhar. The Investigating Officer had contacted the said Registrar. He has sought 15 days time to supply necessary documents which are in the power and possession of that office. 5. In view of the above situation, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary thus the instant application for anticipatory bail moved by the petitioner is allowed and the interim order of bail passed on 8.4.2009 is hereby confirmed with the further conditions that the petitioner shall not make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts and circumstances of this case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or the Police officer. And in case, the petitioner would change his place of residence, he shall inform the police-Station concerned in writing. 6. Needless to say, if the petitioner shall make breach of conditions the liberty of bail shall be cancelled. 7. Anyobservation made hereinabove, shall not effect the merits of the case in any manner. The application stands disposed of.
