Judgment :- The learned counsel for the writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with 50% back wage in accordance with the award passed 11. 2006 by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.54/99. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submit that challenging the award of the Labour court in I.D.No.54/99 dated 11. 2006, a writ petition has been filed in W.P.No.26184 of 2008 and the same is pending. Hence giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the Writ Petition No.26184 of 2008, the present writ petition is dismissed.
