JUDGMENT 1. Heard. 2. With the consent of learned Counsel for both the parties, this appeal is being disposed off at admission stage. 3. This appeal has been preferred by the claimant-appellant against the award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (for short 'the Tribunal ') Tonk, dated 27th March, 2000, in Claim Case No. 17/98, whereby a sum of Rs. 82,000/- was awarded on account of the injuries sustained by the appellant in the accident on the basis of mutual settlement on behalf of both the sides. 4. The learned Counsel submitted that though the Award has been passed on the basis of compromise, but the amount settled is on lower side and the appeal be heard. 5. Per contra, learned Counsel for the respondents, supported the judgment of the learned Tribunal and contended that the award amount has been finally settled between the parties on mutual agreement and it is not required to be re-opened.4. In view of the above agreed position that the amount was mutually settled between the two parties and the award was passed on that basis, there is no ground to interfere in the matter in appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Appeal dismissed. *******
