Judgment ( 1. ) HEARD Shri Pranay Choubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the question of admission and interim relief. ( 2. ) THE petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact that certain recoveries have been made from him and that the salary from the month of September 2008 till December 2008 has also not been paid to him. It is submitted by the petitioner that he has filed an appeal/representation before the Joint Director, Agriculture, Jabalpur, on 22. 1. 2009 which is still pending. ( 3. ) IT is submitted by Shri G. P. Singh, learned Govt. Advocate for the respondents, that in case such a representation/appeal is pending the authority shall decide the same expeditiously. ( 4. ) IN view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files a fresh detailed representation before the Joint Director, Agriculture, Jabalpur within two weeks from today alongwith a copy of the petition and the order passed today, the authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
