Judgment :- The learned junior counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner on record has made an endorsement to the effect that the petitioners are willing to withdraw the petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 2. In view of the said endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as "withdrawn". Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
