Judgment :- The matter has been passed over in the first call in the morning, but there is no representation on the side of the revision petitioner and hence the matter has been passed over for hearing in the afternoon. When the matter has been taken up again at 03.35pm today, again there is no representation. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for want of deligent prosecution without costs.
