Judgment :- The learned counsel for the Revision petitioner has made an endorsement in this Revision on behalf of the Revision petitioner to the effect that “in view of the order passed by this court in C.R.P. (NPD) No.3388 of 2009, this Civil Revision petition is withdrawn." 2. The said endorsement is recorded and in view of the said endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
