Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to the effect that “the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition without prejudice to move the Appeal Court rising all grounds available". 2. In view of the said endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without costs. However the withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition will not preclude the revision petitioners to seek recourse before the competent Forum in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed. 3. Further the Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the fair order and decretal order passed in E.A.No.149 of 2008 to the learned counsel for the petitioner after the petitioners counsel substitutes the original order copy with that of the xerox copy and the said xerox copy of the order shall form part of the records of the registry in this case.
