Judgment :- Prayer in C.R.P.No.3049 of 2009: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the orders made in C.M.P.No.39 of 2009 in E.P.No.12/09 in C.C.No.20/08 dated 23.04.2009 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Chennai(North)3) The petitioner in these two Civil Revision Petitions has endorsed today that the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has granted interim stay of the order passed in CMP NO.609 of 2009 in F.A.No.360 of 2009 in C.C.No.20/2008 on 011. 2009 and ordered notice returnable by 30.11.2009 and hence these two Civil Revision petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn and that the petitioner will pursue the matter before State Commission. 2. In view of the aforesaid endorsements made by the revision petitioner, these two Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn without costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
