Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960 to set aside the order dated 24.07.2008 in R.C.A.No.793 of 2007 on the file of VII Small Causes Court, Chennai dismissed the above and confirmed the order dated 112. 2006 in R.C.O.P.No.824 of 2006 on the file of XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision petitioners have made an endorsement in this Civil Revision Petition that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of as withdrawn and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited. The said endorsement is recorded by this Court. Also that the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has made an endorsement to the effect, no objection for withdrawal of the amount already deposited as conditional order by the Revision petitioners. 2. In view of the said endorsements, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without costs. It is open to the Revision Petitioners to withdraw the amount already deposited before the learned Rent Controller, namely, XII Court of Small Causes to the credit of the R.C.O.P.No.474 of 2009.
