Judgment :- On behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the junior counsel has made an endorsement to the effect that "the civil revision petition may be withdrawn as not pressed". 2. In view of the said endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
