ORDER : 1. Report of Enquiry submitted by Mr. Justice B.N. Srikrishna is taken on record. 2. Heard learned Senior Counsel appearing for the various bar associations of the Madras High Court, Ms. Vaigai, Mr. Karuppan, Mr. Subramaniam, Mr. Prabhakaran, Mr. P.H. Parekh, Mr. G.E. Vahanvati, learned Solicitor General, Mr. Ashok A. Desai, learned Senior Counsel, Mr. K.K. Venugopal, Senior Counsel and other counsel. 3. Pursuant to the earlier directions of this Court Mr. Justice B.N. Srikrishna filed an interim report. On the basis of Report, arguments were addressed by the learned Senior Counsel. The Report is being sent to State Government and also to the Acting Chief Justice of the Madras High Court for appropriate action, if any. 4. We are told that Three-Judge Bench of the High Court of Madras is already seized of the matter regarding the incident happened in the High Court premises. As regards suggestion to appoint a Judicial Commission, that may also be decided by the High Court and by the same Bench. 5. List after four weeks.
