ORDER : 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the question of suspension of sentence awarded to the appellants. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the period of sentence already undergone by the appellants, we feel that it is a fit case where the sentence awarded to them deserves to be suspended at this stage. 3. Accordingly, we direct that the appellants shall be admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 4. Applications for bail stand disposed of accordingly.
