Judgment S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA, J. The writ petition has been preferred for a direction on the first respondent to dispose of the Securitisation Appeal No.134 of 2009 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal III, Chennai expeditiously. 2. As the matter relates to disposal of the Securitisation Appal filed under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act and pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal III, Chennai, we allow the petitioner to move before the said Tribunal for disposal of the appeal. The Tribunal is expected to decide the appeal on merit, after notice to the parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
