The writ petition has been preferred challenging the order dated 010. 2002 passed by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in M.A.No.3952 of 2002 in O.A.No.1228 of 2002. 2. It appears that the first respondent K.Kamalakkannan having been reinstated in service, the Works Manager, Police Transport Workshop cum Training School, has written a letter to the Registrar Judicial to allow the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. The order of reinstatement dated 18. 2007 has been enclosed along with the said letter. 3. In view of the fact that the first respondent has now been reinstated by the petitioners, we are not inclined to pass any further order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, WPMP No.30010 of 2003 is closed.
