JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This revision application has been filed by the defendant against order dated 19.1.2009 passed by Additional Munsif-IV, Aurangabad, Bihar in Title Suit No. 21/ 1997/65/2006 by which the learned court below has rejected the application of the defendant dated 24.11.2008 for making some rent receipts as exhibits which are already available in the records of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consideration of the rent receipts are necessary for the just decision of the case of the defendant. He submits that that rent receipt have been already placed on the "records of the trial court and copy whereof is annexed as Annexure-2 in the present revision application. 4. It goes without saying that any public document produced in original in a trial court can be looked into by a trial court for just decision in the case and for ends of justice at any stage of a trial. 5. In the circumstances, at the time of hearing, if the trial court finds it necessary to consider any public document available on record it can do so for that purpose in accordance with law after its due marking for identification. 6. In that view of the matter, this court does not find that any positive order is required to be passed in the case. 7. The revision application is hence disposed of with above observations.
