Judgment The learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement in the present revision. This petition is not pressed. This may be dismissed as withdrawn. The Original copy of the order in I.A.No.21647 of 2008 in O.S.No.8328 of 2006 on the file of the learned II Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai may be returned with liberty to file an appeal appropriate forum 2. In view of the aforesaid endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed without costs. Further it is made clear that the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition will not preclude the Revision Petitioner to prefer an appeal before the competent forum in the manner known to law if so advised. 3. Further the Registry is directed to return the Original copy of the order in I.A.No.21647 of 2008 in O.S.No.8328 of 2006 dated 010. 2009 to the petitioner, on condition that the petitioner shall substitute the Original copy of the order with that of the xerox and after receiving the same, the Registry shall keep it among records for its purpose.
