Judgment :- M. Chockalingam, J. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relief sought for in both the writ petitions has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the writ petitions. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
