Judgment M.CHOCKALILNGAM, J. When the matter was taken up for consideration on 112. 2009, there was no representation for the petitioner, and hence the matter is posted this day. Even this day also, before lunch there was no representation. When it was called again after lunch, there was no representation for the petitioner. Under the circumstances, this Court has no option than to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
