Judgment The petitioners have challenged G.O. 2(D) No.46, dated 28. 2000 and consequently prayed for a direction to the first respondent to evolve uniform formula for removing the pay anomaly and placed the petitioners in a better footing both in respect of their monthly salary seniority and other conditions of service. 2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a similar challenge made in W.P.No.11502 of 2001, by Mr. M.Thangaraj and 27 others have already been rejected by this Court, upholding the validity of the said Government Order. The points raised in the present Writ Petition are similar. The said decision applies to the facts of the case on hand and therefore it is not necessary to go into the merits of the case again. 3. In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.11502 of 2001, dated 19.01.2007, upholding the validity of the impugned government order and the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
