JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Main contention of the petitioner is that the condition of Shauchalaya Complexes being run in the Patna Municipal Area are very pitiable as they are not being properly maintained as per the Bihar Municipal Act 2007. Petitioner has sought for directions upon the respondents in this regard so that the conditions of Shauchalaya Complexes may be improved. Petitioner has filed Annexure-4 representation but the conditions of the Shauchalaya Complexes could not be improved. 3. To maintain the health and hygiene of the public at large, the issue raised in this writ petition deserves our anxious consideration. 4. Petitioner is directed to approach the Respondent No. 5 alongwith a copy of the above representation annexing therewith a copy of this order, which shall be considered and disposed of by the Respondent No. 5 as early as possible but in any event within three months from the date of presentation/receipt of a copy of the above representation alongwith a copy of this order. 5. The Pollution Control Board shall take appropriate action if any of the provisions of the Act and the Rules governing the field are violated in any manner whatsoever. Petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of the above representation alongwith a copy of this order upon the Respondent No. 8, Chairman, Bihar State Pollution Control Board, Beltron Bhawan, Patna for taking appropriate actions within the same period, as aforesaid. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
