ORDER IAs Nos. 22, 233/, 2364-65 1. List these IAs after eight weeks. IAs Nos. 2178-79 2. It is stated that the response by Chandiwala Estate has been filed a few days back. The Monitoring Committee shall examine the reply and indicate its views within a period of four weeks. Call after four weeks. IAs Nos. 2332-33 3. It appears from the response of MCO that the property in question does not belong to Kuber Plantation and belongs to somebody else. The learned counsel for the applicant wants to take instructions and file further affidavit, if any. Call after four weeks. IA No. 2366 in IA No. 2191 4. Let a copy of Report No. 67 of the Monitoring Committee be supplied to the applicant, Kiran Jyoti Complex.
