ORDER : Arijit Pasayat, J. A copy of the report No.60 of the Monitoring Committee, so far it relates to the applicant Vansh Properties Private Limited, be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The response of the applicant and the MCD shall be filed within two weeks. 2. List thereafter. In IA Nos 2329-2330 In IA No.22. 3. The order dated 11.12.2007, M.C. Mehta v. Union of India, 2009 (16) SCC 535 : 2009 (10) Scale 1 passed in IA Nos. 2231-2232 shall operate only in respect of shop No.3 in E.15, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, to which the present application relates. I.A.Nos. 2329-2330 stand disposed of. The permission granted shall be subject to the challenge to the changed parameters as spelt out in the Notification of 12th August, 2008. 4. It is stated that under the revised Master Plan which is under challenge the maximum number which can be permitted is 4. In that view of the matter, if any application is filed in respect of any other shop, the same shall be considered in the background of the permissible limit, as by now four cases have already been dealt with.
