JUDGEMENT 1. Learned counsel prays for leave to correct the typographical error with regard to the age of the petitioner in affidavit portion to bring it in line to the date of birth as recorded in the certificate appended by the petitioner to the writ application. He is permitted to do so. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 3. The matter relates to a claim to be considered for appointment as Assistant Teacher in pursuance of a B.T.C. Teachers Training Course certificate from Gandhi Hindi Vidyapith, Prayag at Allahabad, stated to have been obtained prior to 17.8.1985, the date of coming into force of the N.C.T.E. Act. Reliance is placed on a Government of India letter dated 18.12.2004 recognizing the said qualification from the aforesaid Institution as valid for the purpose of appointment on posts under the Central Government. 4. The submission, therefore, is that this application be disposed in like terms as CWJC No. 469 of 2009 and analogous cases disposed on 13.4.2009. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the liberty given in the said order to the respondents to examine, if the petitioner was similarly situated or not be likewise incorporated in the present order. 6. It goes without saying that the liberty granted to the respondents in the order dated 13.4.2009 in CWJC No. 469 of 2009 shall automatically stand incorporated in the present order also. 7. The writ application stands disposed in like term as CWJC No. 469 of 2009.
