JUDGMENT 1. - By the impugned order dated 1.3.2006, the learned trial court has rejected the plaint of plaintiff-petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C holding that since w.e.f. 1.4.2003 new Rent Control Act, 2001 has come in force and applies to all municipal towns including Sujangarh District Churu, therefore, plaintiff could have approached the Rent Tribunal and not the trial court for eviction and recovery of arrears of rent. 2. Having heard learned counsels, this Court finds nothing wrong in the impugned order dated 1/3/2006. The revision petition is found to be devoid of merit and same is accordingly dismissed.Revision dismissed. *******
