Judgment Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. 2. This revision has been filed, seeking the indulgence of this Court to direct the Appellate Tribunal for Cooperative Cases, Salem to dispose of I.A.No.79 of 2008 which is pending from 112. 2008. was filed by the petitioners/appellants for a direction to the first respondent to produce the relevant documents which are in its custody. The grievance of the revision petitioners is that even after the filing of the counter by the contesting respondents, the learned Appellate Tribunal is adjourning the same without any valid reasons. At this juncture the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would represent that the matter now stands posted to 23. 2009. 3. In fine, the Appellate Tribunal for Cooperative Cases, Salem is directed to dispose of I.A.No.79 of 2008 in CMA (CS) No.48 of 2005 pending on its file on 23. 2009 itself without adjourning the same. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
