Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also the learned counsel appearing for the respondent in both the Revisions. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner / tenant would represent that his client / tenant is willing to vacate the premises on or before 312. 2009 from the petition scheduled property, for which course the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Endorsements made to that effect. 2. Under such circumstances, the CRPs are disposed of with a direction to the tenant to vacate and handover the petition scheduled premises on or before 312. 2009. Affidavit of undertaking is to be filed within a week. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
