JUDGMENT 1. - Petitioner belonging to Scheduled Caste participated in process of selection to the post of Rural Lab. Technician in pursuance of advertisement dated 07/07/08 (Ann.1) issued under Rajasthan Rural Medical & Health Subordinate Service Rules, 2008. 2. Counsel inter-alia submits that petitioner was called for interview on 24/12/08 vide letter dated 12/12/08 (Ann.8) and was finally selected but select list dated 20/02/09 (Ann.9) and order of appointments dated 28/02/09 (Ann.10) neither disclose percentage of last candidate who was finally selected & appointed; and despite legal notice served, petitioner has not been still made aware of as to what was percentage of last candidate who was selected and appointed as Rural Lab. Technician against vacancy reserved category of Scheduled Caste. 3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the petitioner to make fresh representation raising his grievance before competent authority within two weeks, who may objectively consider the same and pass a speaking order within one month from submission of representation, and communicate the decision informing about percentage of last candidate in reserved category of Scheduled Caste and so also percentage secured by him in course of process of selection pursuant to advertisement dated 07/07/08 (Ann.1) to petitioner, who may still feel aggrieved whereof, will be free to avail of remedy under law.With these directions (supra), writ petition stands disposed of. Writ Petition Disposed with above Observations. *******
