Judgment This revision petition is filed against the judgment and decree dated 8. 2008 in RCA.No.1135 of 2005 on the file of VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Madras confirming the order and decree dated 18. 2005 passed in RCOP No.1938/2004 on the file of XVI Court Small Causes, Madras. Heard both sides. 2. This revision has been directed against the judgment in R.C.A.No.1135 of 2005 under which an order for eviction in R.C.O.P.No.1938 of 2004 was confirmed. 3. The Advocate Commissioner has filed his Report, according to which, the electricity was found to be restored. 4. When the matter was taken up today, the tenant/revision petitioner wants two years time to vacate and hand over the possession. But the learned counsel for the respondent/landlord agrees for only three months time. But, at the instance of the Court, the respondent/landlord agrees for 11 months time to be given to the revision petitioner for vacating the premises. 5. Under such circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. But the tenant/revision petitioner is given 11 months time from today to vacate and hand over the vacant possession to the respondent/land lord. Affidavit of undertaking is to be filed within a week. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
