ORDER IAs Nos. 2402-03 1. List after one week. In the meantime, the Monitoring Committee shall file its response. IA No. 2404 2. Perused the application. The premises in question shall be desealed for a period of one week so that the articles lying in the premises can be removed. Thereafter the premises shall be sealed again. IA is disposed of accordingly. IA No. 2226 3. A copy of the affidavit filed by NDMC be handed over to Mr Ranjit Kumar, Senior Advocate (Amicus Curiae). Call after one week. IA No. Dy. 27886 of 2009 4. Let the Monitoring Committee file its response within a week. Call thereafter. IAs Nos. 2396-97 5. These IAs are disposed of with the following direction: The DPCC and CPCB shall examine the matter. If after examination it considers it appropriate to grant permission for good environment practices and better working of the hot mix plant, then it can stipulate the conditions. If the conditions are fulfilled prior to the actual undertaking of the work and during the continuance of the permission, then the project shall be deemed to have been cleared by this Court.
