Judgment :- (1.) It appears that the injunction application is not in the list which is to be heard in terms of the directions of the Supreme Court though the original appeal paper is in the list. The reason for non-appearance of the injunction application being GA 678 of 2009 is that the number of the said application has not been supplied to the officer of the Court. Let it appear tomorrow. All parties shall act on a xerox signed copy of this order on usual undertakings.
