Judgment :- (1.) The Joint Receivers are directed to register and execute the conveyance in favour of the purchaser in accordance with law. So far as the payment of remuneration of the Joint Receivers is concerned, the same will be decided finally after the maturity of the fixed deposit. (2.) Upon maturity, the proceeds of the fixed deposit is directed to be transferred to savings bank account now being maintained and operated by the Joint Receivers in connection with the instant matter. The Registrar concerned, while registering the instrument so to be presented by the Joint Receivers, will take note of the judgment of the Honble Supreme Court, reported in (2009) 7 SCC 438 , for assessment of the stamp duty. (3.) The matter will appear in the list on December 22, 2009. The Registrar concerned, the Joint Receivers and all parties concerned are to act on a photostat signed copy of this order on the usual undertakings.
