Now the State of Gujarat has filed a further affidavit in response to the affidavit of MoEF dated 21-7-2008 wherein detailed reasons for objecting the proposal were given. A copy of the further affidavit be furnished to NBWL and NBWL will have a fresh look on the subject and file a report regarding the same.
