Judgment :- Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.192/2009 registered by the Yelahanka New Town Police for the offences punishable under S.498A, 417, 506 r/w S.34, IPC. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no prima facie case against the petitioners and petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. Government Pleader submits that the case is still under investigation. It for the police to file a report after investigation. If there is any adverse report, it is for the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy at the appropriate stage. With the above observation, petition is disposed of.
