ORDER 1. An application under Order XLIV Rule 1 of CPC has been filed and prayed to permit the applicant to file an appeal as indigent person. 2. Applicant is required to pay court-fee of Rs. 95,800/- and as per assessment of the State Government, the annual income of the applicant is Rs. 1,00,000/-. 3. In this view of the matter, according to us. application deserves to be allowed and the same is hereby allowed. 4. This MCC is finally disposed of and Registry is hereby directed to register the matter as first appeal.
