Judgment :- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in Tr.M.P.No.503 of 2009, has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to withdraw and transfer the original petition in M.O.P.No.250 of 2009, from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry, to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. 2. It has been stated that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent had been solemnised, on 22.6.2008, at Puducherry. The respondent is employed as a Lieutenant in the Indian Navy. He was working at Kochi. Later, he had been transferred to Visakapattinam. Thereafter, certain disputes had arisen between the petitioner and the respondent. In such circumstances, the respondent had filed M.O.P.No.250 of 2009, for divorce, before the Family Court, at Puducherry. 3. The petitioner has stated that she is a stranger to Puducherry and that she has no relative or friend at Puducherry. The petitioner is living at Chennai, with her parents and it is extremely difficult for her to attend the hearings before the Family Court, Puducherry, in M.O.P.No.250 of 2009. In such circumstances, the petitioner has preferred the present petition. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this Court in allowing the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 5. In view of the averments made on behalf of the petitioner and on considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petition in M.O.P.No.250 of 2009, is withdrawn from the Family Court, Puducherry, and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai, as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P.No.503 of 2009 stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
