JUDGEMENT V. N. Sinha, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Bihar State road Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "corporation") 2. Petitioners are the employees of the Corporation. They have filed these writ petitions praying, inter alia, to direct the corporation authorities to pay them their arrears of salary as also retiral dues. The occasion to file these petitions arose as on account of paucity of fund payment of salary in the Corporation was withheld whereafter the matter was taken to Supreme Court and the Honble supreme Court has evolved a scheme for payment of salary as also retiral dues to the employees of the Corporation. 3. Let the case of the petitioners be considered by the competent authority of the Corporation for payment of arrears of salary as also retiral dues in the light of the scheme evolved by the honble Supreme Court, as early as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and payment be made strictly in the light of the provisions of the scheme. 4. The writ applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
