JUDGMENT : MARKANDEY KATJU, J. 1. This is an Arbitration Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying for appointment of an arbitrator in the matter. 2. On the facts of the case, I hereby appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.M. Dharmadhikari, Retired Judge of Supreme Court of India, presently residing at 1169, Bakul, Wright Town, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh as the sole arbitrator in the matter. 3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.M. Dharmadhikari can fix his own terms of emoluments as well as other requirements. 4. The registry will send a copy of this order as well as copy of the petition and other papers forthwith to Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.M. Dharmadhikari. 5. The petition is disposed of.
