Judgment :- M. Chockalingam, J. Invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court, one Mrs. R. Saradha has brought forth this habeas corpus petition for the production of her son, aged about 17 years. 2. Affidavit filed in support of the habeas corpus petition is perused. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also for respondents 3 to 5. 3. The only contention put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the detenu was actually a school going boy and he was kept under illegal custody by respondents 3 to 5, which was flatly denied by respondents 3 to 5. 4. Today, the detenu is produced before this Court. The petitioner is also present. According to the petitioner, the detenu is a minor. Hence, the custody of the detenu is handed over to the petitioner. In such circumstances, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
