It is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.68 of 2010 by Thalamuthu Nagar Police Station and he was also produced before the Judicial Magistrate II, Tuticorin and remanded to judicial custody. 2. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The petition does not require consideration by this Court. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
