Judgment :- M. Chockalingam, J. When the matter was called on 15.3.2010, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption for dismissal. Today, the matter has come before the Court under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
