JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest for having his involvement in looting of passengers of Bus by Bollero occupants after stopping the Bus. According to the learned counsel, petitioner is named by the co-accused in his confessional statement made before the Police. No doubt, that cannot be taken as evidence but at the same time, that is good material for investigation and in the cases of dacoity even suspects may not be allowed to anticipatory bail, specifically as there is probability of appearing of several materials only on apprehension of suspects including recovery, confession leading to recovery and identification in T.I.Parade. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
