JUDGMENT : 1. None appeared for the petitioners. 2. Shri S.R. Singh, Learned Senior Counsel, has appeared for the Respondent. He states that on an identical issue, this Court has already dismissed SLP (C) No. 4686/2008 on 13.08.2010. From the record we find that SLP (C) No. 4686/2008 was directed to be tagged with SLP (C) No. 1876 and 23980 of 2007. SLP (C) No. 1876/2007 was also dismissed as infructuous vide order dated 13.08.2010. 3. In view of this, this Special Leave Petition is also dismissed. 4. Interim orders passed by this Court on 07.01.2008 and 03.03.2008 stand vacated.
