Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to complete the arbitration proceedings, which had arisen due to the dispute between the petitioner, namely, M/s.Klene Paks Limited., and M/s.Madras Fertilizers Limited, Chennai, the first respondent herein. 2. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents had submitted that a direction may be issued to the second respondent, who is the Arbitrator-cum-Managing Director, Madras Fertilizers Limited, Chennai, to complete the arbitration proceedings, within four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the second respondent is directed to proceed with and complete the arbitration proceedings, as prayed for by the petitioner, within four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are expected to cooperate in the proceedings before the second respondent arbitrator. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
