JUDGEMENT Rakesh Kumar. J. 1. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the points relating to title over the building in question at the stage of charge. Prayer is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. In view of rejection of this petition, interim order of stay dated 24.2.2000 stands automatically vacated. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
