ORDER 1. By order dated 12- 7 - 20101, this Court had directed requisite information to be 'supplied in the prescribed formats to the Monitoring Committee for being placed before the Court. 2. On 13-9-20102, this Court noticed that fourteen States have not given information in Formats B and D. Therefore, one more opportunity was given to the fourteen States to supply the requisite information. The fourteen States, which were required to give information were, States of Bihar, Goa, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Puducherry, Nagaland, Punjab, Haryana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand. 3. Though three months have elapsed since the passing of the order dated 12-7-20101, till date, the following nine States have not given the requisite information in Formats Band D. They are as follows: (1) Bihar (2) Goa (3) Jammu and Kashmir (4) Kerala (5) Meghalaya (6) Nagaland (7) Sikkim (8) Tamil Nadu (9) West Bengal 4. Accordingly, in the first instance, we direct the Chief Secretaries of the States of Goa, Kerala and Tamil Nadu to remain present in the Court on 15-11-2010. By that time, if requisite information is received by the Monitoring Committee of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court Registry, in that event, the Chief Secretary concerned may not attend the Court on 15-11-2010. 5. We are giving one more opportunity to the remaining non-complaint States to supply the inputs in Formats B and D failing which this Court will have no option but to summon the Chief Secretary of the State concerned. 6. Place the matter on 15-11-2010. Court Masters
