The petitioner to produce NEERI report dated 17.11.1998 and NEERI report of March 2005 and other relevant reports. The petitioner to file an affidavit showing the steps taken by them to comply with the various interim directions, as also the undertakings given by them, in particular, regarding disposal of solid wastes in unleachable manner. 3. The Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to file latest status report. List in the second week of December, 2010. Interim stay to continue till then.
