JUDGEMENT Rakesh Kumar and j. JJ. 1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points, which have been raised in the present case at appropriate stage. Prayer is allowed. 2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. 3. In view of rejection of this petition, the interim order of stay dated 21.2.2000 stands automatically vacated. 4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
